Refunds are solely at the discretion of Discount Forklift.
All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted, except as specifically provided in this policy.
The buyer must acknowledge all documentation received during the purchasing process, including Discount Forklift's Terms & Conditions of Sale, Expectations Letter, and AS-IS paperwork. By purchasing from Discount Forklift, the buyer agrees to be bound by these documents.
Buyer acknowledges that they have fully inspected the machine in person prior to delivery or voluntarily declined to do so.
Buyer acknowledges that the equipment is sold on an as-is basis, and understands that they will have received, or will be receiving, the equipment with all faults, known and unknown.
If the equipment is delivered in a condition that materially differs from the condition represented in the invoice, the buyer must notify Discount Forklift within 1 week of delivery. Discount Forklift will investigate the claim and may, at its discretion, offer a refund or exchange.
In the event that Discount Forklift, at its discretion, believes a refund is in the best interest of all parties, the following terms below will apply.
Down payments are non-refundable, no exceptions. Discount Forklift, at its discretion, may offer a refund or exchange on paid in full invoices only.
In the event that a refund is offered, Discount Forklift will refund the agreed-upon amount less a 25% restocking fees, provided that the equipment is returned to Discount Forklift in the same condition as when it was delivered to the buyer.
If the buyer requests a refund prior to delivery, Discount Forklift may, at its discretion, offer a refund or exchange, less a 25% restocking fee.
The buyer is responsible for all return freight, including logistics. Discount Forklift can be hired to provide logistics for return freight.
Refunds are processed and sent by check within 30 days of the refund documents being filed and the return of the equipment to a Discount Forklift facility.
Any damage, as noted by an independent third-party technician, materially different from how the equipment was delivered to the buyer may result in a deduction from the refund amount.
Discount Forklift reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time, and any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting of the modified policy on Discount Forklift's website. By purchasing from Discount Forklift, the buyer agrees to be bound by the refund policy in effect at the time of purchase, as posted on the Discount Forklift website.
