Discount Forklift does not offer returns. Instead, in the unlikely event you are unhappy with your equipment (maybe you need something smaller, or maybe you just don't like the color), we offer a 7-day Lift Exchange Policy. We look forward to finding you a lift that may better serve your needs.
Here's how it works:
You'll work with your Equipment Matchmaker one more time.
They will send you quotes on other lifts that may fit your needs.
This can include new lifts that come with a factory warranty and an available aftermarket warranty as well.
Once you select the lift, we apply your entire paid balance towards that lift.
The only other costs you will be responsible for are freight costs relating to the return of the original lift and freight of the new lift.
If you select a lift that is less expensive than your original lift, that balance will be applied to your freight cost.
Remember, you must take advantage of this within 7 days of receiving your equipment.
